EMC2 BOOSTS CASE IH SERVICE ACROSS 11 FRENCH DEPARTMENTS\u00a0 <\/p>\n
Company\u00a0 joins\u00a0 Case\u00a0 IH\u00a0 network\u00a0 with\u00a0 new\u00a0 dealership\u00a0 named\u00a0 FARMINOVE\u00a0 \/\u00a0 EMC2 partnership with AGRINOVE, subsidiary of the Oxyane cooperative, Establishment Martin and Case IH \/<\/p>\n

EMC2, a co-operative of more than 3,000 members committed to virtuous and profitable agriculture, has joined the Case IH dealer network in France. The group’s machinery activity has a rich history of more than 90 years, and today covers six French departments \u2013 Meuse, Haute-Marne, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle, Vosges, Haute-Sa\u00f4ne \u2013 with 14 bases developed over 20 years of business growth. <\/p>\n
EMC2 will become the largest Case IH dealer representative in France and one of the largest in Europe, allowing the brand to enhance its sales and support and boost customer proximity. A partnership with Agrinove \u2013 a subsidiary of the Oxyane cooperative \u2013 and Establishment Martin allows EMC2 to expand its scope across 11 departments, covered by 22 dealership sites. The arrangement helps accelerate staff training and market development, and for Case IH will make it possible to offer a stronger overall quality of service across the board. <\/p>\n
The change of machinery brand is a major turning point for the EMC2 Group. The business, which operates across a diverse agricultural territory covering many types of arable, livestock and mixed farming, received strong personal support from CNH and commitment from within its own teams.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
The reason for such a rapprochement <\/p>\n
With agriculture facing multiple challenges that require the sector\u2019s suppliers to offer solid solutions, rapid adaptation to these changes that harnesses reliable and efficient tools is critical, believes Arnaud Bedot, director of EMC2\u2019s machinery division. <\/p>\n

Case IH after-sales services and support also contribute significantly here, offering operators both assistance and training.\u201d <\/p>\n
The challenges of the EMC2 project: Case IH and FARMINOVE <\/p>\n
The development of the EMC2 project was shared with full internal transparency to involve all teams under a new FARMINOVE banner. Training has been a central part of the project, with many hours invested in training on Case IH equipment across sales, service and parts. Next-generation staff have also been an important part of development, with 15% of employees being apprentices, some of whom will, it is planned, come in future from the Case IH Academy. <\/p>\n
